Will my insurance company pay for my new windshield repair or replacement?

What if my deductible is the same or more than the auto glass service?
You will be responsible for any cost up to your deductible amount. Your insurance company will pay any amount over your deductible amount.
Can insurance companies tell me that I must use a particular auto glass shop?

How do I know if the damage to my windshield can be repaired?
If your windshield damage is smaller than the size of a quarter, then it may qualify for repair. However, certain determinants may play a role in its reparability. Call 888-888-GLASS for a free estimate.
What type of glass do you use?
We use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) auto glass which is made by the same manufacturer as your original glass. Original Equipment Equivalent (OEE) auto glass is made to the same standards, but by a different manufacturer. Our customers can choose OEM or OEE prior to service by calling us at 888-888-GLASS.
Do you offer any type of warranty?
Yes, we guarantee a lifetime warranty against leakage for as long as you own your vehicle. We also offer a lifetime warranty against workmanship.
Can you come to my house or my place of work?
Yes. To better serve you, we offer free mobile service. Our trained and certified technicians will come directly to you to perform the repair or installation on-site at no extra charge.

How long will it take to have my windshield repaired or replaced?
A chip repair will take 30 – 40 minutes and your car can be driven immediately. A windshield replacement will take 1 ½ hours because the windshield adhesive needs to cure before the car can be driven.
Do you replace auto glass other than the front windshield?
Yes, absolutely. We service virtually all auto glass parts, including side, quarter and back glass, rear cab sliders, sunroofs and T-tops. We also repair and replace window motors and regulators and vinyl tops.
Are your technicians certified?
